synthesis method | nitrogen is introduced into a 10 L glass reactor for 30 min, 5 L purified water and 2.0kg (13.23 mol )4-bromo -2-methylpyridine are added, stirring for 30 min, and 5.3kg (33.54 mol) potassium permanganate is added. Raise the temperature, keep the temperature at 70~80 ℃ for 3 h , cool the reaction solution to room temperature, slowly pour the system into 5 L ice water mixture, stir for 30 min, filter, add equal volume dichloromethane (4.5 L) to the filtrate, stir for 2h, filter and dry to obtain 1.9kg white solid 4-bromopyridine -2-carboxylic acid. |
